It’s more medium-firm, not exact firm. I weigh only 70 kg, but it doesn’t really feel exact firm. The mattress depth is about 30 cm as noted in the website, and at just 45 kg for the SuperKing size which feels a bit light. Big thanks to the delivery team, who managed to get it up the stairs on their second attempt despite the access issue to my property for such a large, open SuperKing mattress. Seems to be very good quality, though I haven't yet tried sleeping on it for a night and time will tell about quality. I wish it were a little firmer. Before buying, I tested the Ultra-Ortho in a shop, but it felt too firm, so I decided to purchase this Backcare without trying it first. It wasn’t the best choice I could have made, but overall I'm happy with it as it's very comfortable and very well-worth the price. The image on the website is correct. Thanks to the Beds4us team who were responsible and available all the time.
