It’s more medium-firm, not exact firm. I weigh 70 kg, but it doesn’t feel exact firm. The mattress depth is about 30 cm as noted in the website, and at just 45 kg for the SuperKing size which feels a bit light. Big thanks to the delivery team, who managed to get it up the stairs on their second attempt despite the access issue in my property (the stairs) for such a large, open SuperKing mattress. Seems to be excellent quality, though I haven't yet tried sleeping on it for a night and time will tell about quality. I wish it were a little firmer. Before buying, I tested the Ultra-Ortho of this brand in a shop, but it felt too firm, so I decided to purchase this Backcare without trying it first. It wasn’t the best choice I could have made, but overall I'm happy with it as it's well comfortable and well worth the price. The image on the website is correct. Thanks to the Beds4us team who were responsible and available all the time.

I have always bought Deep Sleep mattresses, they are very fair on the price and this was no exception. A bit softer than what I'm used to but very comfortable and with plenty of support.
