We ordered our Dorlux mattress from Beds4Us! We have being using Dorlux mattresses for some 40 years now, and each one has provided all the quality and comfort we have required!
I chatted to the agent on the phone, who I found both friendly and very helpful with all my enquiries and expectations. He was patient and pleasantly amiable in his manner! A refreshing and endearing quality to find these days! We ordered the Downing 1000 mattress as it seemed to fit our specific requirements.
So it arrived on the agreed date and was delivered with due care and attention!
It's been about a week now and we are very pleased indeed with the feel, quality and comfort the mattress is giving us throughout the night. But we expected this really, considering it was another mattress from the famous Dorlux range! You just cannot beat that sort of quality and workmanship!
So basically we are very happy once again. The mattress on the bed in another room is also a Dorlux, bought some 15 years ago and is still a pleasure to sleep on! We would not hesitate to use this company again, they were easy to contact on the phone with a very pleasant and approachable agent, whose help and manner was quite exceptional really!
So a first class service from Beds4Us all round and a truly outstanding product for us once again!

The mattress is very firm, and just what we wanted. It is well made and very comfortable. Beds4Us were excellent, keeping us informed about the delivery. We highly recommend both the mattress and the company.

Recently ordered mattress and cover. The company was slightly let down by the supplier so there was a delay but the way Rebecca and her team handled the delay was fantastic. No phone bots just real people to speak to and resolve your problem, very rare these days, hence the 5 star review. Would highly recommend.

Had tried this a couple of times on holiday at my brothers house hence why it bought a. The soft feel of the mattress is sumptuous. It is very supportive of my pressure points and the best part is that I have a great nights sleep. No aches or pains or waking up if my partner moves around. I’m so happy with my mattress

This is a good quality ottoman divan base.Beds4Us were very helpful and managed to speed up delivery for us. We were able to track the delivery. The men delivering were great and took away all packing.

The mattress was just as expected as it was the same make and model as the old one. The service was good throughout with a shorter than expected delivery time. I would be happy to use bed4us again.

Very good

I ordered the Dorlux Windsor double mattress online at a great price. So far, everything has been seamless. The estimate wait for delivery was accurate and delivery itself was efficient and pain free. The mattress was well packaged. I can't yet comment on its comfort after one night. Initially feeling a bit firmer than the one we tried, but Google advises me it may take a month or so of use for it to soften up a bit. Here's hoping.
